Rates are subject to change, and are per evening, for a party of two. Rates do not include Maine state lodging tax of 7%. All rooms have en suite private bathrooms, and are air conditioned during the summer.
Minimum stay requirements (generally two nights) apply in-season, on most weekends, for particular rooms, and for holidays and special events. Rates listed are based on a minimum stay, when it applies. If a room can be made available for a shorter stay, a 25% surcharge will be added in addition to the listed rates below.
Complimentary full breakfast and afternoon tea are served daily for overnight guests of the inn.
